What is really going on?
Well in the 3rd part of my ‘Why’ series we are looking at why your body might find it REALLY hard to let go of body fat. Why- no matter how hard you try or how little you eat - you can't get over that plateau. Or why you have gained weight ‘for no reason.

And while I am/was so grateful that I didnt have a serious diagnosis (every Dr was sure I had celiacs disease or chrons - but the test always came back negative) I was still in pain and struggling every day.
Was it in my head?
Was I being a wuss and over-dramatic?
Did everyone just struggle with this level of pain, embarrassment, and diarrhea and I just missed the memo?
Turns out there were MANY reasons why I struggled.
