Unless you've been on a total technology detox and abandoned the internet entirely - you've probably notice that SUGAR is pretty in vogue. Or more specifically how and why to avoid it and live a sugar-free life.
But is sugar really evil? Is a doughnut something to run away from and shout 'danger danger' from the tops of you lungs?
In this episode I go through my approach to sugar, why I avoid it but how to have a normal balance approached that means your aren't addicted to the stuff but you can enjoy birthday cake and ice cream without fear or guilt.
